"Diamond Home Improvement did my roof in the spring of 2014. After contacting various roofing companies in the city I decided to go with Diamond. I had most of my dealings with Rod. I found Rod to be extremely knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. He was able to answer any of my questions, as well ease any concerns that I had. When I had any further questions after choosing to go with Diamond, Rod did an excellent job of returning my phone calls and messages within one business day. Very excellent customer service in a very demanding and busy profession. I was left impressed. I found the work itself to be top notch. The workers were very polite to myself and my wife. They did not make any unnecessary noise, and I found the cleanup exceeded my expectations. Since the roof has been completed there have been multiple severe storms and one harsh winter. The roof had not needed any touch up repairs upon completion. Another area that exceeded my expectations. The office staff I had dealings with were also a pleasure to deal with. I found them to be extremely polite and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find, and I found Diamond excelled in this area as well. "The personal sit down explanation of new roof installation and process;  facts of the assessment completed by the professional roof foreman on my exsisting roof; and the answers to questions I had created a pleasant and knowledgable experience. I was shown the materials they would use, and I chose my shingles all from the comfort of my dining table. Within 10 days the 5 man crew arrived, completed my roof, installed five new vents, chimney wraps and flashing all in one day. A job very well done. I've received several compliments. The ground clean up was done as they went along and the final deck, sidewalks and ground clean up was superior and much appreciated. The crew was friendly and personable. Thank you Dan and the Crew!
